What does the starting price include?
The base scope shown in the estimator. Adding pages, integrations, data imports or other features changes the estimate. We confirm an itemised scope and fixed price before work starts. Hosting, payment fees and third-party usage are explained in your proposal.
What will I see within 48 hours?
Your first working preview, within 48 hours of agreeing the scope. You can try the main idea, see the direction and give feedback early. A simple website is usually about a week; many business systems take two to three weeks.
Do I own the code and accounts?
Your custom work transfers to you on final payment. The reusable foundation comes with a permanent licence. Your hosting, database and other service accounts sit under your control, with a documented handover.
Is it safe to put business information into ChatGPT or Claude?
It depends on the plan and its settings. Every AI setup includes checking those settings with you and writing down what should never be pasted in, such as customers’ personal information.
Can you improve a website or system I already have?
Yes. Show us what you have and where it falls short. We can review it and propose improvements, an integration or a rebuild when that is justified.
